Keith is an industry veteran of both hospice and pharmacy. After graduating from Auburn University, his mail-service pharmacy career began with Alabama Prescription Service; progressing through the ranks to be operations manager. He left APS to co-found America's Best Care Plus, a national provider of respiratory pharmaceuticals well known for its exceptional customer service. Keith founded ABC Hospice, a premier provider of in-home hospice care to six counties in northeastern Alabama. After experiencing the difficulties associated with pharmaceutical needs of hospice first-hand, Mr. Sanderson combined his backgrounds of hospice and pharmacy to co-found AvaCare Inc., which is exclusively focused on providing hospice pharmacy benefits management.

Tammi has a wealth of experience in many facets of the health care
field including hospice and end-of-life care. Beginning as a registered
respiratory therapist, her initial
focus was program development and project management
in skilled facilities, hospitals and long-term care centers. After
serving as Director of Clinical and HME Operations for Carolina
Apothecary, she eventually became Chief Operations Officer at America's
Best Care Plus, a national provider of respiratory pharmaceuticals.
With her industry experience and knowledge, she co-founded AvaCare Inc.
to fill the specialized clinical and pharmacy needs of hospice.

Jeremy received his Pharmacy Doctorate from the University of Kansas and began his career at Eckerd Pharmacy. He started as a staff pharmacist, worked his way up to Pharmacy Manager and then became the Pharmacy District Manager for Rite Aid before joining AvaCare. He has gained valuable knowledge through his participation in many educational programs, receiving certificates in immunization, compounding and pain management. His goal is to provide superior pharmaceutical care and exceptional customer service.
Caren Martin received her PharmD from the University of Nebraska
Medical Center. After receiving her degree, she served as
Executive Resident at the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists
(ASCP) and as Program Officer for the ASCP Foundation. She has worked
as a clinical pharmacist in the long-term care setting for the past 12
years. She is a contributing editor to The Consultant
Pharmacist
journal, and has published more than fifty articles on a wide range of
clinical and regulatory topics.
Charlotte earned both her pharmacy undergrad degree and
PharmD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She
has more than
two decades of experience in geriatric pharmacy as long-term care
consultant. She serves on the Chronic Care Executive Committee of the
North Carolina Association of Pharmacists. In recognition of her
immense knowledge and skill, in 2010 Charlotte was awarded the
prestigious Dale Jones Excellence in Geriatric Pharmacy Award.
